I hope you shot the poor thing with a 600mm. Talk about needing working distance... But it is beautiful, nonetheless.

There actually was no smell at all (thank goodness), so yeah, I could move in closely (ick). It's always sobering, after storms here on the coast, to see what birds and other creatures didn't make it. Thank you for stopping by and commenting. -- Carol Leigh
